Planned Downtime

There will be a period of down time, while some upgrades happen on the 13th of June. All content is being moved from my ISP storage to a free server, as I have given CyberOne the flick for being way too expensive. Some images or episodes may not work for a minute or two while I change all the links. The new host does not allow mp3 storage, so Jake's MP3's will be temporarily out of action.

There are over 50 more episodes for you to all watch/play on the way including Celebrity Pinata, Jailhouse Jocks, Bill Bilkman, Crispy and Root, Avoid Commitment, Heston Rehab and Rock The F*ckin Vote! Jakes Booty Call

I've just added two more mp3s to the Jake's MP3s section and found another divx copy of the trailer since Stage6 shut down. There's been a little server maintenance going on, so my apologies to anyone unable to get to the site. If anything isn't quite perfect you can rest assured it will fix itself like it always does. That's with the exception of a lot of our voting data and some usage stats. I'm looking to add some more games still, if I can find anything of a high enough quality. National Lampoon Drop The Ball!

I finally got my DVD and for the movie itself, it was totally worth the wait! The movie has a bangin' soundtrack, and Jake is the same smart-mouthed pimp we all know and love! .EXE Versions, Downtime and Julian

It's been a while since I last updated everyone on the situation. So much has been happening (and not happening..) Firstly I will apologise for myself. I know I promised EXE versions of the Jakes Booty Call games, but Julian has apparently dropped off the face of the Earth so to speak (More on that later) and hasn't got back to me with the source files, so I'm stuck.

I also apologise on behalf of dyndns for deleting my account and outer.reaches in the process. I've only just found out and emailed them, but still my bad. As always, romp.com games play on!

I have spoken to Jake (Julian) recently, and he says the movie should be coming out towards the end of this year. Details are scarse as always, but I will keep all you guys posted. He also said there was an unreleased episode of Officer Krupt floating around somewhere!! Look out for that one! In the meantime, enjoy the Tardz series and remember the good old days of Napster.

I will be adding downloadable .EXE versions of the games- just give me some time.. ;)

National Lampoon have fixed their JBC website after I emailed them, though they didn't respond to my email itself. No major breakthroughs there.

Latest Developments / Happy Newyear!

Though nationallampoon removed the JBC movie info from their web, I found another server hosting it and have repaired the Jakes Booty Call Movie Information page for y'all to enjoy ;) No news on the movie itself tho.. Thanks to those who emailed me about connections with companies potentially interested in aquiring the movie, your time is appreciated.

Nationallampoon.com / Server Outage

Well I`m very sorry to say that nationallampoon has removed their Jakes Booty Call flash from their web completely now.. There is no mention of it on their website and the site itself is not making it easy to confirm the content hasn't just moved. Anyone viewing the movie information page and just receiving a white box with an error message, I do apologise. Evidently no company bid for the rights to the JBC movie so we may never see it. The romp.com episodes will continue to stay online most definately however.

From the 9th October 2006 to the 10th October 2006 my ISP's user server that is storing all the romp.com and most of the graphics for the website went down, as per this report: Cyberone Status Log. This may have freaked people out a bit, as they were viewing a very incomplete web with no episodes. Don't think we were going down, romp.com's legacy will live forever damnit!
